I’ll mention because I didn’t see it noted anywhere (which doesnt mean it isn’t there), that only the fields with the red label that says「必須」(Neccessary) on it are required. I left all the others blank and was able to sign up just fine. There’s a lot of fields so this can save some time to someone in a hurry to get to the books!
