I enjoyed the other things I did while I wasn't really drawing too, but I get an odd feeling when I don't have a new dress every day -- it's the only time when the reality of finite time presses in on me. If I don't ride my bike or study Japanese today, I can always do it tomorrow, but every day I wasn't drawing, it felt like there was a dress-shaped hole that was always going to be empty. It's hard to explain, but I guess if the net effect is that I get back to drawing, it's not bad ;) Thanks, it’s good to be doing it again!
