You can mooch books from LT as well as give away your own books from LT into BM. That’s already there, LibraryThing and BookMooch already integrate nicely. You can mooch books from LT as well as give away your own books from LT into BM. Check out Tim’s posting http://www.librarything.com/blog/2006/09/arrr-swap-books.php
